Job summary

3M is seeking a Manager, Global Integrated Marketing to translate growth strategies into integrated plans and lead demand-generation across brands, categories, portfolios, and markets. You will oversee audience strategy, channel planning, content requirements, investment allocation, activation patterns, and measurement frameworks in a global matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Seven (7) years of experience in marketing, brand management, eCommerce, shopper/customer marketing, portfolio management, or related function
• Three (3) years of people leadership experience
• Three (3) years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple brands, markets, or regions with budget management and performance measurement

Responsibilities

• Translate approved growth strategies into integrated marketing plans, activation requirements, timelines, and measurement plans
• Develop and lead integrated demand-generation strategies for assigned brands, categories, portfolios, markets, or growth priorities
• Evaluate market, consumer, customer, competitive, and commercial dynamics to identify growth opportunities and recommend marketing strategies
• Own the integrated marketing demand system including audience strategy, channel planning, content requirements, investment allocation, activation patterns, measurement frameworks, and market activation guidance
• Lead cross-functional execution across brand marketing, media, shopper marketing, eCommerce, CRM, content, sales enablement, pricing, promotion, and product launch activities
• Own and manage marketing investments and budget allocation decisions using data and analytics to optimize outcomes
• Drive closed-loop performance reviews and translate insights into scalable best practices and resource allocation decisions
• Influence business leaders with data-driven recommendations and strong commercial acumen
• Communicate strategy, results, risks, and trade-offs to leadership
• Lead agency and partner performance, project teams, and direct reports in a global matrixed organization
