Raisin is a leading FinTech platform connecting consumers with banks in the EU, UK and US, delivering better interest rates and diversified refinancing. We seek a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive international campaigns, optimize conversion rates, and leverage AI to automate campaign management.

You will own high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across markets, languages, and products, collaborating with Marketing leaders to deliver growth and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in performance marketing, with proven campaigns.
• International experience across markets and languages.
• Practical use of AI, building AI gems or agents.
• Excellent knowledge of ad platforms (Google, Microsoft, Apple Search Ads).
• Strong analytics and stakeholder communication.
• Strategic thinker with customer segmentation know-how.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute performance marketing campaigns across international markets.
• Drive channels to support the complete funnel with efficient CPA.
• Leverage AI to automate and optimize campaign management.
• Develop strategies for existing channels and test new media opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing leaders to oversee media planning and measurement.
• Present campaign results and insights to stakeholders up to executive leadership.
