Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead acquisition efforts across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display. You will own channel strategy, analyze results, and drive experiments to improve efficiency in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

You will collaborate with Analytics, Product, Legal, Operations, Finance, and external agencies to launch campaigns, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and ensure brand and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in growth/ performance marketing or related field.
• Experience with major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta, YouTube).
• Hands-on use of AI tools to speed analysis and optimization while maintaining judgment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns for customer acquisition.
• Analyze channel trends and KPIs; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead ad creative and landing page experiments; drive conversion improvements.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Legal, Operations, and agencies on campaigns.
• Define timelines, align dependencies, and launch new campaigns from ideation to launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and optimization with appropriate oversight.
