Job summary

Raisin Brand Team in Berlin is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to support sponsorships, brand management, and cross‑functional campaigns for our fintech platform.

You will collaborate with Design, Content, Communications and Performance Marketing, help align social media with Brand Guidelines, and gain hands‑on experience shaping Europe and US brand storytelling while learning to leverage AI tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media Management, or related field.
• Based in Berlin/Brandenburg and willing to commute for onsite meetings with partners.
• German at C1 level or higher and English as company language.
• Prior brand marketing experience not required; enthusiasm matters.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; open to AI-assisted work.

Responsibilities

• Sponsorships & Partner Management: support execution and liaise with external partners.
• Day-to-Day Brand Management: ensure brand guidelines are applied across channels.
• Creative Project Work: collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns.
• Social Media & Brand Alignment: assist editorial planning and community management.
