Peregrine is building a modern, AI-native growth engine. As Performance Marketing Lead, you will establish the central marketing function, own strategy and execution, and drive investment decisions across channels.

You’ll work with product marketing, demand generation, and analytics to scale campaigns and accelerate pipeline. You will design conversion events, dashboards, and full-funnel measurement, delivering measurable ROI across global markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally in B2B/B2G.
• Proven ability to design and run end-to-end paid media programs.
• Experience building measurement stacks and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build Peregrine’s central performance marketing function from the ground up.
• Own strategy and execution end-to-end, including budget, forecasting, and ROI targets.
• Contribute to ad copy, creative, and landing page creation.
• Instrument and manage the full measurement stack, dashboards, and experiments.
• Design, launch, and optimize global paid programs across search, social, programmatic, CTV, ABM, and emerging formats.
• Serve as the in-house expert on performance channels and collaborate with GTM ops and analytics.
• Build and deploy AI-native systems to accelerate creative development and testing.
• Contribute to SEO/AEO/GEO strategy.
