Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products, connecting consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. The CRM team drives marketing communications across channels to engage customers and prospects with clear, relevant messaging.

The CRM specialist will own strategies for investment products, scale cross-sell programs, and lead expansion into new European markets. Collaboration with product and data teams will be key as we translate complex financial topics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional CRM experience.
• Fluent English and German (C2) for cross-market communication.
• Proven ability to analyze campaigns and KPIs.
• Experience with email/push/web layer CRMs and automation.
• Interest in applying AI to CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM strategy for investment products: Develop, implement, and analyze campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
• Scale cross-sell strategies to improve the savings-to-investment conversion.
• Lead international expansion: scale CRM efforts beyond Germany into the Netherlands, Ireland, and Spain.
• Partner for impact: translate pensions and tax into consumer-friendly marketing with Investment Products team.
• Elevate customer touchpoints: create and optimize communications across email, mobile, web, and direct mail.
• Drive data-led innovation: translate insights into actionable patterns using AI and behavioral data.
