Job summary

Dow Jones, a News Corp. division, seeks an Associate People Business Partner to support one or more client groups and grow into a full People Business Partner role. You will apply HR knowledge to drive business outcomes and build trusted relationships with employees and managers.

You will collaborate with COEs, navigate diverse teams, and guide performance management while maintaining a people-first approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of human resources experience, with at least two years as a generalist.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Foundational business acumen with the ability to quickly assimilate new information.
• Proven ability to interact with managers and employees in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Support business client groups as Associate People Business Partner.
• Apply HR knowledge to support business objectives and client relationships.
• Partner with People COEs to implement programs across business teams.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and coaching to people managers.
