Job summary

Marsh Corporate seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support the USC COO and Global Transformation Office, delivering strategic people solutions across the US, Canada, and global regions. You will influence organization design, workforce planning, and talent management while guiding multi-country transitions and offshore delivery models.

Based in NYC with a hybrid work arrangement, you will collaborate with Talent, Learning, Reward, and Talent Acquisition to deliver integrated people

Qualifications

• HR Business Partner/People Partner experience supporting senior leaders in complex environments.
• Global experience partnering with client groups across multiple countries/regions.
• Experience coordinating with local HR/People Partner teams within a global operating model.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on organization health, leadership effectiveness, and workforce strategy.
• Partner with Global Transformation Office and USC COO leadership across regions.
• Coordinate local delivery with regional teams to ensure a consistent global employee experience.
• Enable multi-country operating rhythms and a cohesive culture across teams.
