Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior People Partner to provide strategic HR counsel to leaders across FP&A, Investor Relations, Strategy & Corporate Development, and Treasury. The role collaborates with COEs and HR managers to deliver enterprise HR solutions and lead talent reviews and development plans while reporting to Marsh's Corporate CPO.

The position requires working from the NYC office at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years HR experience in a large, global matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to coach and advise senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leaders (FP&A, IR, S&CD, Treasury) to develop and execute talent strategies.
• Collaborate with COEs and HR managers to implement global HR initiatives across functions.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Provide strategic HR counsel to business leaders and inform decision-making for the Corporate CPO.
