Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior People Partner to provide strategic HR counsel to FP&A, Investor Relations, Strategy & Corporate Development, and Treasury across a global organization. The role partners with COEs and HR managers to deliver enterprise-wide solutions, diagnose talent needs, and inform leadership decisions.

Reporting to the Corporate CPO, it requires three days in the NYC office weekly. You will drive talent reviews, development plans, and succession discussions, ensuring strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15+ years of HR experience in a large, globally matrixed organization.
• Experience coaching and advising senior leaders, including challenging perspectives when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR counsel to finance leadership and global teams.
• Collaborate with COEs and regional HR managers to implement global HR initiatives.
• Diagnose talent issues, synthesize insights, and influence decision-making.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
• Promote inclusive culture and partner with COEs on talent strategy and governance.
