Marsh in New York City seeks a Business and Client Services Leader of Learning and Development to design and execute enterprise-wide learning strategies across US, UK, and GCCs. The role leads ~30 professionals, aligns learning with risk and investment priorities, and reports to the BCS Chief People Officer with a dotted line to the Talent Partner.

This hybrid role includes three days per week in the Midtown Manhattan office, focusing on strategic planning, program design, and global capability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in Learning & Development.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership roles within L&D.
• Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-scale programs across multiple geographies.
• Deep expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern learning technologies (LMS, platforms, virtual delivery).

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a 3-year L&D strategy aligned with transformation initiatives.
• Lead flagship learning programs and curriculum development across technical domains.
• Manage a team of ~30 L&D professionals and allocate resources across geographies.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate priorities into learning solutions.
• Oversee budget, vendors, and technology platforms; drive operational excellence.
