Job summary

Marsh is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive strategy and delivery for mid-to-senior professionals within our US Health & Benefits business. You will shape how we attract, assess, and hire Sales Professionals, while ensuring an inclusive candidate experience.

This is a hybrid role with in-office presence at least three days per week, and requires leadership of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and collaboration with stakeholders to build effective hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in Professional Services or Sales/B2B preferred.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment and recruiting technology skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition process for mid-to-senior roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to shape TA strategies.
• Attract and engage a diverse candidate pool using LinkedIn, CRM, ATS and other tools.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain engagement through the process.
• Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on selection and interviewing.
• Thrive using AI and technology-enabled recruiting tools.
