Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with G&A executives on global expansion, organizational design, and talent planning. This role translates expansion priorities into structures, leadership capabilities, and workforce plans to scale the business across regions.

You will coach executives, lead succession planning, and drive performance management while collaborating with Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and People Ops. This role is fully remote with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational design experience, including defining global vs. regional responsibilities and evolving structures as complexity grows.
• Experience advising CFOs and senior functional leaders with business acumen to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.
• Proven coaching and change management skills across international teams and leadership transitions.
• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HRBP experience in a technology company through high-velocity growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to G&A executives translating expansion priorities into org structures.
• Lead organizational design for global corporate functions and clarify accountability across teams and geographies.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and People Ops to plan capabilities for new markets and expansion.
• Build workforce plans across growth scenarios and sequence hiring to scale ahead of needs.
• Help leaders evolve operating models to support a larger global footprint and cross-functional coordination.
• Coach executives on leading globally distributed teams and maintaining performance standards.
• Guide organizational change with leadership layers, regional responsibilities, and reporting lines.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development across regions.
• Drive performance management based on role expectations and business impact.
• Use workforce data to surface risks early and inform investment decisions.
• Partner with People Ops, Legal, and regional experts on compensation and local employment considerations.
• Collaborate with Talent Development to onboard and develop managers in a growing global organization.
