Job summary

Horizon3 in the United States is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data teams to scale high-performing organizations during rapid growth.

You will advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and resourcing strategies while coaching managers through scaling, driving talent development and strong leadership practices in a fast-moving environment. Remote-friendly with broad impact across the tech org.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders using data, sound judgment, and credibility.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and scalable people programs.
• Experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data to scale teams during rapid growth.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and resourcing strategies to meet evolving priorities.
• Coach managers through hypergrowth, driving talent development and strong management practices.
• Shape and execute HR strategy with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Partner with People Operations to build scalable programs and enablement for a rapidly growing technical org.
