This role partners with G&A executives to design global org structures, leadership capabilities, and talent plans to support scaling.

You will bring 7–10+ years of HR leadership in tech, deep organizational design expertise, and data-driven decision making to senior leaders, all within a fully remote environment with travel up

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP experience in a technology company through high-velocity growth.
• Strong organizational design and workforce planning experience, with the judgment to advise senior executives.
• Ability to turn workforce and business data into clear recommendations and move between strategy and execution.
