Job summary

Horizon3, a fully remote cybersecurity company, seeks an HR Business Partner to scale teams across Engineering, Product, and Data. You will translate business goals into people strategies and advise leaders to drive high‑performing organizations.

We require 7–10 years in HRBP within tech, strong business acumen, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to coach leaders through hypergrowth. Up to 10% travel may be needed; remote work supported nationwide.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting high‑growth technology organizations.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations through periods of rapid growth and change.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people strategies.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels using data and credibility.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
• Strong judgement in employee relations and navigating complex people situations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data leaders to scale high‑performing organizations while supporting delivery of an ambitious product roadmap.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and resourcing strategies to ensure teams are structured to meet evolving priorities.
• Coach managers and leaders through hypergrowth, including scaling teams, leading through change, developing talent, and building strong management practices.
• Help leaders build high‑performing organizations through clear expectations, accountability, continuous feedback, and consistent performance standards.
• Partner with People Ops on headcount planning, hiring prioritization, and investments aligned to roadmap delivery and business goals.
• Drive talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and promotion discussions to build leadership bench strength.
• Use organizational health, engagement, attrition data to identify risks and inform decisions.
