Job summary

Doppel Inc. is seeking an experienced People Operations professional to support a global workforce and drive scalable operations.

Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll manage employee lifecycle, benefits, EOR entities, immigration, leaves, and contractor support across countries. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external providers to ensure compliant, efficient processes and a high‑quality employee experience as Doppel expands its footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR or People Operations across multiple countries.
• Experience leading EOR arrangements and international hiring.
• Experience in scaling tech companies with practical processes and ambiguity.
• Hands-on benefits admin, HRIS records, and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws; Canada/UK/Japan/Germany/AT/CH a plus.
• Experience with visa sponsorship and global mobility.
• Discretion with confidential employee information; involve HRBPs/Legal as needed.
• Strong project management for country launches and vendor dependencies.
• Clear written and verbal communication; service-minded approach.
• HRIS data integrity; Rippling/Deel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own global People Operations for EOR and entity expansion, coordinating with providers.
• Maintain compliant employment practices across U.S. states and international locations.
• Prepare country-specific employment agreements, benefits setup, enrollments, and local policies.
• Drive global Total Rewards programs across compensation, equity, and benefits.
• Administer benefits enrollments, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee visa sponsorships, residency processes, and mobility with immigration counsel.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updates.
• Handle leaves, accommodations, and workers’ compensation with documentation and pay.
• Build scalable People Ops infrastructure and workflows.
• Resolve operational challenges with cross-functional partners.
