Job summary

Doppel is seeking an experienced People Operations professional to support a global workforce. Reporting to the Head of People, this hands-on role covers employee lifecycle, benefits administration, EOR, immigration, and global contractor support.

You'll partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external providers to deliver scalable, compliant processes across countries and ensure a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive People Operations experience across multiple countries.
• Hands-on ownership of employee lifecycle operations and benefits administration.
• Experience with EOR arrangements and international hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own global People Operations for EOR and entity expansion.
• Maintain compliant employment practices across U.S. states and international locations.
• Coordinate country-specific employment agreements, benefits, and enrollments.
• Drive global Total Rewards programs across compensation, equity, and benefits.
• Administer benefits enrollments and vendor relationships.
• Oversee visa sponsorships and global mobility with counsel.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, and change management.
• Build scalable People Operations infrastructure and workflows.
• Resolve operational challenges with cross-functional partners.
