Job summary

Schellman is seeking a Global People Operations Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, scale HR processes globally, and ensure compliance across regions. You will coach a distributed team, partner with Legal, and align with Talent Management for compensation and benefits programs.

The role requires deep HR operations expertise, Workday proficiency, and strong stakeholder management to deliver a high-quality employee experience across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years progressive HR or People Operations experience.
• 3+ years leadership managing distributed teams and owning global processes across regions.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and other global partners; certifications preferred (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Operations professionals across regions.
• Scale HR processes, systems, and teams to support a fast-growing global organization.
• Ensure compliance and manage risk in leaves, terminations, and sensitive employee matters.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, LEAD, and business leaders for a seamless employee experience.
• Provide operational and compliance metrics to People leadership and drive data-driven improvements.
