• 5+ years in people operations at a high-growth startup.
• Deep proficiency with Rippling across HRIS, payroll, benefits, devices and access.
• Ability to deconstruct processes and rebuild with lower overhead.
• Experience supporting a globally distributed workforce and related compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Passion for building scalable systems and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Rippling as the source of truth for people data across the lifecycle.
• Own global employee onboarding end to end for cross-functional partners in multiple time zones.
• Respond to inquiries from payroll, finance, legal, IT, and recruiting with accuracy and resolve.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to scale the people ops system.
• Manage payroll, benefits, open enrollment, and compliance globally.
• Support employment verifications, documentation, immigration, and compliance with legal.
• Measure and improve the employee experience using operational metrics.
• Lead AI-powered automation to reduce repetitive admin work and improve accuracy.
• Bring external-partner work in-house with lightweight, scalable processes.
