Job summary

Liftoff is a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform for the mobile app economy. We seek a full-time People Operations Generalist to support the Americas and global HR initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and immigration support.

You will work with a dynamic People Operations team to ensure a best-in-class employee experience across regions, using UKG/Ultipro and a global HRIS, while driving process improvements and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist/Operations experience in fast-paced tech environments; startup/public company experience a plus.
• PHR or aPHR certification OR willingness to obtain within 18 months of hire.
• Experience managing global HR systems, preferably UKG/Ultipro.
• US leave administration experience; Canada and Brazil experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR ticketing systems and workflows (reassignment/category updates) is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with professional discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees’ HR inquiries via the HR ticketing system.
• Oversee global onboarding and offboarding for new hires and terminations, focusing on the Americas.
• Coordinate payroll paperwork and benefits administration; ensure work authorization compliance.
• Administer leave management and compliance training globally.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Support compensation cycles, merit processes, and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with People Operations to implement and improve company-wide processes.
