Motive is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to lead strategy, design, and scalable programs for a global workforce. You will oversee lifecycle operations and shared services, strengthening processes, systems, controls, and service delivery across People Operations.

Reporting to the VP, HR, you will translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions and drive cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will be situated in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone, and will build

Formación

• 8+ years in People Operations, HR shared services, or related field.
• 5+ years leading People teams or global operational functions.
• Experience scaling global HR operations across geographies.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Experience guiding complex cross-functional programs from strategy to execution.
• Ability to establish operational metrics and improve controls using data.
• Proven ability to apply AI and automation to reduce manual work.

Responsabilidades

• Establish the operating model and strategic priorities for People Operations.
• Lead and develop the global People Operations team and onboarding across regions.
• Design tiered support models with defined roles and escalation paths.
• Oversee programs spanning employee lifecycle, HR systems, payroll, and compliance.
• Own the People compliance program and keep policies audit-ready.
• Design scalable processes, service standards, and performance metrics.
• Lead a high-performing team with clear goals and resource planning.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Use data to identify improvements and communicate progress to leadership.
