Job summary

Swift Navigation seeks a Senior People Operations Manager to own the full HR scope for our global team across 12 countries. You will manage onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, employee relations, and data integrity in our HRIS.

As the sole HR professional, you will ensure compliant, positive experiences, while partnering with Finance and payroll providers. This role requires a proactive, organized leader who thrives with cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with solo or small-team leadership.
• Experience supporting a distributed, multi-country workforce with PEOs/EORs.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and related regional practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and run all HR operations for a global team across 12 countries.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance and employee relations.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and ensure compliance and data reporting.
