Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a strategic Head of Global People Operations to lead our worldwide people programs and workplace environments. This role will push an AI-forward operating model, owning MyHR and partnering with IT, RevOps, Finance, and Legal to drive a unified global roadmap.

You will lead a distributed team and shape policies, payroll, and employee experience across regions, ensuring compliance and scalable processes. Advanced HRIS expertise and a strong governance mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services with global leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale HR tech and automation programs.
• Hands-on HRIS product owner with roadmap and adoption responsibility.
• Deep payroll operations knowledge and vendor management.
• Office/workplace operations leadership a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global People Operations, payroll, and workplace services.
• Define multi-year strategy aligned to AvePoint’s growth and governance.
• Own MyHR evolution, product roadmap, and adoption.
• Oversee global payroll operations, controls, and compliance.
• Drive AI-forward automation and self-service across lifecycle stages.
