Zusammenfassung

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to lead the global HR function and scale our international workforce. You will build and evolve the operating model, systems, and processes to support growth across regions, ensuring compliant, efficient people operations.

You will mentor the People Operations team, optimize HR tech, and drive strategic initiatives, including AI-enabled automation for scalability and effectiveness across global programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in HR/Business Admin.
• Experience leading global People Operations across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Proven track record establishing foreign entities and transitioning workforce models from EOR to direct employment.

Aufgaben

• Lead global market-entry strategy with Legal, Tax, and Finance to establish entities or EOR models.
• Manage international EOR vendor relationships, contracts, and transitions to direct entities as markets scale.
• Oversee global HR tech stack (HRIS, ATS, payroll, benefits) and ensure data security and multi-currency capabilities.
• Design localized total rewards programs including compensation bands, benefits, leave policies, and retirement plans.
