Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive global growth by shaping organizational design, leadership capacity, and talent strategies across Finance, Legal, and IT/Security. You will partner with executives to translate business goals into practical people initiatives while managing rapid scale and complex markets.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience in a technology company undergoing high-velocity growth and global expansion.
• HRBP experience helping corporate functions build talent, leadership, and organizational capacity for new markets.
• Strong organizational design experience, defining global vs regional responsibilities and evolving structures as business complexity increases.
• Experience advising CFOs and other senior functional leaders with business acumen and confidence to challenge assumptions.
• Coaching and change management skills with experience guiding leaders through international team growth and leadership transitions.
• Track record of strengthening performance, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ability to translate workforce data into clear recommendations, identify risks early, and move between strategic advising and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and People Ops to turn priorities into practical people strategies.
• Lead organizational design for global corporate functions, clarifying centralized vs regional responsibilities and establishing accountability.
• Plan workforce needs for new markets, anticipate capability gaps, and sequence hiring to meet growth.
• Coach executives and managers on leading globally distributed teams with consistent performance expectations.
• Drive succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
• Support performance management across geographies and ensure fair standards are applied.
• Navigate employee relations, compensation, and local employment considerations in scaling markets.
