Job summary

Nearmap is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to build and scale a best-in-class global People Operations function. This hands-on, senior individual contributor will deliver exceptional employee experiences, simplify complex processes, and accelerate self-service and AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

Senior-level People Operations partner with global scope and hands-on contribution.
Strong capability in HR technology, automation and AI-enabled operations.
Ability to partner across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT and Legal.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leaves and offboarding processes.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT and Legal to resolve escalations and deliver accurate, timely service.
Maintain consistent global processes while accommodating local requirements across the US, Australia, Canada and Poland.
Serve as a functional expert in UKG Ready, including workflows and data quality to enable self-service.
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and expand employee and manager self-service.
Translate business needs into scalable system solutions and support testing, implementation and change management.
