Job summary

Meta Careers is seeking a People Service Delivery Manager to own and scale the global people service delivery function. You will build and lead an operations team, define goals and metrics, and drive end-to-end transformation programs with a tech-first mindset.

You will partner with People Operations, engineering, and executives to implement AI-enabled workflows, improve processes, and reduce friction while ensuring governance and data security.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Domain knowledge in HR, payroll, benefits, leaves, or people-operations processes.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and deliver structured results.
• Proven track record building and scaling operational teams.
• Experience designing HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and requirement analysis.
• Experience in a shared services environment with customer-centric focus.
• Familiarity with ethical AI practices and governance.
