Job summary

Nearmap in Utah is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to build and scale a best-in-class global People Operations function. This hands-on contributor will deliver exceptional employee experiences, simplify complex processes, and accelerate our shift toward self-service, automation, and AI-enabled operations across the US, Australia, Canada and Poland.

You will own onboarding, lifecycle events, HR technology (UKG Ready), data governance, and cross-functional projects, shaping scalable

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in People Operations and HR business partnering.
• Proven ability to scale HR processes globally and drive automation.
• Experience integrating AI-enabled workflows in HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leaves and offboarding processes.
• Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT and Legal to resolve escalations and deliver timely service.
• Maintain consistent global processes while accommodating local requirements across the US, Australia, Canada and Poland.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives to streamline approvals and expand self-service for employees and managers.
• Design SOPs, ownership models and knowledge resources for standardized operations.
