Nasdaq is seeking a Senior Specialist in People Communications and Change Management to lead end‑to‑end communications for enterprise‑level initiatives and regional programs. You will align campaigns with the People Promise, partnering with the People Experience team to tell a cohesive story for candidates and colleagues across a global workforce.

This role requires a data‑driven, collaborative, and product‑minded strategist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications, HR, marketing, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of corporate communications experience, preferably HR-focused.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate complex information for a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic communications consultancy and end-to-end execution of key projects across the People@Nasdaq portfolio.
• Partner with the Communications Leader to convey the People Team mission and benefits consistently.
• Design and communicate onboarding, promotions, and other core employee lifecycle experiences with cross‑functional teams.
• Suggest and test whitespace ideas to improve communication channels and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with M&A and PMO leads on playbooks to minimize disruption during transitions.
• Organize large-scale events like Manager Forum, all‑hands, and town halls.
• Leverage AI tools to improve deliverables, quality, and efficiency in campaigns.
• Serve as AI subject expert, scouting new AI technologies and defining use cases.
