Job summary

Payward is seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to lead change initiatives and keep employees informed and engaged as the company grows. The role is remote and partners with the People team to shape and execute change communications across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in internal communications, strong HR collaboration, and excellent writing skills. A US-based candidate is preferred and the role involves daily coordination with leaders in multiple time

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications and change management, preferably with a tech company.
• Experience partnering with HR and delivering HR-focused change programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or journalism or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communications and change lead supporting the global People team and related employee programs.
• Create and execute internal communications strategies for organizational changes, launches, and engagement with Payward offerings.
• Plan, produce, and promote employee-focused content, including videos, messages, and events.
• Track effectiveness of communications and change management efforts and adjust as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve communications and change initiatives at team and company levels.
• Ensure People and other functions' communications align with Payward’s brand voice and strategy.
• Collaborate with leaders across time zones, including central and west-coast US daily.
• Based in US preferred.
