Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a strategic communications leader to drive global employee communications and cultural change within the Change Management team. You will partner with leaders across the business to develop and deliver programs for global regulatory affairs and risk-management initiatives.

You will craft storytelling, map communications plans, and lead a team of change management consultants to ensure timely, cohesive execution across multiple locations and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of employee communications experience supporting enterprise-wide programs.
• Proven ability to craft strategic and tactical communications for senior leaders on high-sensitivity topics.
• Experience delivering change communications in complex, multi-location environments.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop a change communication plan and implement global employee communication strategies for regulatory affairs programs.
• Drive engagement and cultural change through compelling storytelling and channels.
• Align messages across projects to tell a cohesive story for risk and controls enhancement.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, and Business Leaders to enable efficient content distribution.
• Provide project management support including planning, tracking, and status reporting.
• Lead a team of change management consultants and map communications across the portfolio.
