Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Senior Manager in People Communications and Change Management to lead end-to-end communications for People@Nasdaq initiatives, including major change programs and workforce messaging.

You will partner with the People Experience team to articulate the People Promise and ensure consistent, compelling communication across channels. You will apply an outcomes-focused mindset, leverage AI-enabled tools, influence senior leadership, and guide cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, HR, marketing, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years in a corporate communications role, preferably HR-focused.
• Proven ability to lead high-impact employee engagement and change campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic communications consultancy and own end-to-end execution of key projects across People@Nasdaq.
• Partner with the People@Nasdaq Communications Leader to align narrative and benefits messaging across channels.
• Apply end-to-end thinking to onboarding, promotions, and other employee lifecycle moments.
• Suggest and implement innovative ideas to elevate communications through AI and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with M&A and PMO leads to facilitate employee understanding during transitions.
• Support large-scale events like Manager Forum and all-hands town halls.
