Walmart is seeking a Senior Director, Payroll Services to lead payroll operations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and associate experience while driving modernization through technology, automation, and AI.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Technology to deliver scalable solutions and build a high-performing, resilient payroll organization. Located in Bentonville, AR, this role offers the opportunity to influence at a global scale

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale payroll operations in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, garnishments, controls, and payroll accounting.
• Proven success in organizational transformation and technology implementations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico with accuracy and compliance.
• Drive payroll transformation through SAP Payroll, automation, AI, and process simplification.
• Develop and lead a high-performing organization with leadership capability and resilience.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver scalable payroll solutions across HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.
• Establish KPIs and governance to improve quality and mitigate risk.
