• 5 years’ experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
• 7 years’ experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area with 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global payroll function across US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational strategies.
• Oversee payroll tax processes, monitoring accuracy and managing risk exposure across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payroll operations, enhance data management, and ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex payroll issues and support service excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering accountability and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain payroll system scalability and effectiveness.
