Our Director, Payroll Services will oversee payroll operations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant pay while driving modernization through technology, automation, AI, and continuous improvement. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, drives process improvements, and oversees payroll tax administration while maintaining high standards of data privacy and accuracy. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll systems and deliver exceptional service. The Director champions operational excellence, continuous improvement, and ethical conduct, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation to support the organization’s global payroll objectives effectively and efficiently.

The Payroll Services team delivers reliable payroll operations at an extraordinary scale, ensuring associate trust and regulatory compliance. Collaborating across HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Technology, the team maintains operational excellence while advancing payroll capabilities for the future. It leads process improvements, manages complex payroll systems, and upholds ethical standards. The team emphasizes accountability, data management, and customer service to support multi-state payroll functions effectively. By fostering cross-functional partnerships and leveraging expertise in payroll administration and tax laws, the team drives scalable, compliant, and innovative payroll solutions aligned with organizational goals.

What you’ll do

• The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
