Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or a related area.
• 5+ years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
• 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global payroll function across US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
• Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee payroll tax processes, monitoring accuracy and managing risk across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize payroll operations and data management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex payroll issues and support service excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering accountability and adherence to standards.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain scalability and effectiveness.
