Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive payroll operations experience
• 7+ years leading global payroll teams
• Experience with multinational payroll across countries and entities
• Experience managing mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale payroll transformations

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations across multiple regions and entities
• Govern ADP GlobalView, Celergo deployments and payroll interfaces
• Drive automation, AI-driven analytics, and IT/HR collaboration
• Ensure SOX controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, IT and HR to optimize systems
