Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in finance/accounting or related work.
• Advanced degrees may substitute up to two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarter-end payroll tax reconciliations and filings.
• Manage year-end tax close, W-2s, and corrections as needed.
• Oversee payroll tax compliance with federal/state/local filings.
• Coordinate equity compensation tax and filings.
• Manage expatriate payroll programs and cross-border issues.
• Administer garnishment programs and resolutions.
• Support M&A-related payroll tax activities.
• Provide training and SOP documentation.
