DJE Holdings is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Payroll & Payroll Systems to lead the evolution of our global payroll operations, technology, and service delivery strategy. You will drive accurate, compliant payroll across a complex global organization, modernize processes, and guide a multi-phase Workday implementation.

As part of the Financial Shared Services team, you will partner with Finance, People, IT and regional stakeholders to strengthen payroll capabilities, build scalable

Qualifications

• 15+ years in payroll/finance ops leadership, global focus
• Experience leading payroll ops across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience managing major payroll provider relationships (ADP)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, IS, or related field

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll delivery US, Canada, UK, Ireland with scalable approach
• Define and evolve global payroll operating model and service delivery
• Lead Workday multi-phase implementation and adoption
• Champion automation, self-service, data integrity and continuous improvement
• Establish payroll governance, reconciliations, reporting and controls
• Build and develop high-performing payroll teams
• Collaborate with Finance, People, IT, Legal, Tax, Treasury and regional stakeholders
• Promote inclusion and diverse perspectives across teams
