Edelman seeks a Senior Vice President, Global Payroll & Payroll Systems to lead the evolution of global payroll operations, technology, and service delivery strategy. You will shape how we deliver accurate, compliant payroll across a complex, global organization, partnering with Finance, People, and IT.

As part of the Financial Shared Services team, you will modernize payroll processes, drive a multi-phase Workday implementation, and develop scalable, compliant solutions while mentoring

Qualifications

• 15+ years in payroll/finance ops leadership across global, matrixed settings
• Experience overseeing payroll ops, compliance, controls, service delivery across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience managing major payroll provider relationships (e.g., ADP)
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/HR/IS or related field

Responsabilités

• Lead global payroll operations across US, Canada, UK, Ireland with scalable approach
• Shape and evolve payroll operating model and Center of Excellence
• Drive multi-phase Workday implementation and optimize requirements, design, readiness
• Modernize processes and technology with automation, self-service, and data integrity
• Strengthen payroll governance, reconciliations, reporting, and controls
• Build and develop high-performing payroll teams and leadership
• Partner with Finance, People, IT, Legal, Tax, Treasury and regional stakeholders to align payroll with priorities
