Moody's Corporation seeks an experienced payroll leader at VP/AVP level to own end-to-end payroll initiatives across a global footprint. You will drive M&A integrations, automation, and controls, leveraging Workday HCM and advising on ADP/CloudPay where needed.

The role requires deep knowledge of U.S. and international payroll tax rules, cross-functional partnership with People, Benefits, Finance and Technology, and a track record delivering time-sensitive payroll programs at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global payroll operations and M&A integration.
• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration, testing, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international payroll rules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll projects end-to-end from initiation to post-implementation.
• Own payroll workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM with testing and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with People Team Operations, Benefits, and Finance for payroll impacts.
