Job summary

JPMorganChase, within Corporate Technology – HR & Payroll Technology, seeks a Senior Director of Software Engineering Global Payroll to lead multiple technical areas and drive platform strategy across the U.S. and international payroll landscapes.

You will own Oracle HCM Payroll and Time integrations, govern ADP-based ecosystems, and partner with Payroll Operations and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 10+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage complex items within your domain.
• Deep experience delivering payroll technology (platforms and integrations) in a large, global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple technology implementations across departments to achieve firmwide tech objectives for global payroll and time platforms.
• Owns technology strategy, engineering delivery, and lifecycle management for Oracle HCM Payroll and Time platforms.
• Leads enablement and integration patterns for ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo with reliable data flows for global payroll processing.
• Manages areas with strategic focus, ensuring platforms meet standards for availability, security, and auditability.
• Owns master-data quality across upstream and downstream HR, Finance, Tax, and Treasury dependencies.
