Job summary

Daniel J. Edelman Holdings seeks a strategic payroll executive to lead global payroll operations across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland.

You will shape the payroll operating model, drive the Center of Excellence, and guide a multi-phase Workday transformation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalable delivery in a complex, matrixed organization. You will build high-performing teams, partner with Finance, IT, Tax, and regional stakeholders, and champion automation and data integrity to

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in payroll and/or finance operations leadership.
• Experience leading global teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing payroll operations, compliance, controls, and service delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll delivery across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland.
• Define and evolve the payroll operating model and Center of Excellence.
• Lead Workday implementation requirements, design, adoption, and optimization.
• Champion automation, data integrity, and continuous improvement in payroll tech.
