Job summary

Rippling helps businesses run HR, IT, and Finance in one system. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for Payroll Integrations to provide expert guidance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth payroll data flows for customers across time zones.

You will diagnose API connectivity, map data, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to improve our platform while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical customer support in a SaaS business.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, or payroll processes.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts such as journal entries, chart of accounts, and GL mapping.
• Experience diagnosing integration failures including sync errors and data mapping issues.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert with deep knowledge to advise customers and teammates.
• Own customer issues end-to-end in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Respond to inquiries via email, chat, or video conferencing promptly.
• Troubleshoot integration and accounting issues, explain solutions clearly, and follow up.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM and share insights with Product/Engineering.
• Stay updated on policies and product updates to ensure accurate information.
