GSR is seeking a Payroll Advisor to run end-to-end payroll across our 8 global locations, working directly with our payroll provider and serving as the trusted contact for pay questions. You will help ensure accurate reporting and clean data.

With 3+ years in payroll and strong UK/US knowledge, you’ll shape how payroll runs, support Finance and HR, and leverage Excel/Google Sheets along with Confluence, Jira, HiBob or Cloudpay in a multinational setting. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally in financial services or multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of UK and US payroll; international experience is a plus.
• Self-starter who can manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.
• Fluent English; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with tools like Confluence and Jira.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end payroll across 8 global locations (UK, US, Singapore, Switzerland, Portugal, UAE, Cayman, Spain).
• Manage starters, leavers and backpay accurately and on time.
• Review monthly payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies with our provider.
• Calculate pay accurately across hours, tax, NI, benefits and leave; resolve queries.
• Lead year-end close across all entities.
