Safeguard Global is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for our global workforce. You will ensure accurate, timely payments, maintain compliance with local regulations, and support clients with in-country requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience, strong payroll knowledge, and excellent communication in English and local languages. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and opportunities for growth in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of working experience.
• Established knowledge of payroll concepts and local payroll legislation for supported countries.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language and English.
• Ability to problem solve, strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
• Self-directed with initiative.
• Good attention to detail and organisation.

Responsabilités

• Manage end to end payroll cycle for Safeguard Global’s workers payroll post onboarding.
• Maintain knowledge of company payroll policies and applicable regulations.
• Investigate and correct payroll reports for out of balance issues.
• Review and approve payroll reports against housed information and client input.
• Maintain KPI and payroll input data, and payroll schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll payments to workers.
• Coordinate with clients on in-country requirements during the workers life cycle.
• Update employee data and ensure records are current before payroll processing.
• Serve as the point of contact for workers queries.
• Manage funding/billing processes, generate invoices.
• Maintain worker documentation per compliance and record-keeping guidelines.
