Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an Analyst for Global Payroll Operate within the PAS Tax edge. You will support global payroll governance, coordinate data, and ensure accurate delivery across 150+ countries, interacting with EY teams and clients daily.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, communication, and client service skills, with a hybrid model and travel as needed. CPA-track opportunities exist within Tax pathways.

Qualifications

• Predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a relevant field of study.
• 3.0 cumulative college/university GPA.
• Plans to obtain an approved technical certification.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills; problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Hybrid work model: majority in person (60%) over an engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely payroll project management, governance and service delivery.
• Maintain daily contact with EY global payroll teams and clients to verify on-time delivery.
• Respond to payroll and governance queries from clients and stakeholders.
• Develop client payroll calendars and coordinate data collection.
• Audit payroll data and correct discrepancies with country teams.
• Create and update payroll process documentation; audit annually.
• Provide training on global tools and processes to payroll teams.
