Perot Jain seeks a Payroll Manager to lead accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, and Brazil. The role partners with Accounting, Finance, HR, Treasury, and Legal to deliver end-to-end payroll operations and system improvements.

Responsibilities include managing a payroll team, ensuring regulatory tax reporting, and coordinating with external providers to maintain data integrity and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible payroll experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or HR (or related field).
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead accurate, timely payroll operations for 1,000+ employees across the U.S., Canada, Costa Rica, and Brazil.
• Develop and manage a payroll team, setting priorities and supporting development.
• Oversee global payroll delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain payroll controls, reconciliations, and data integrity for audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Treasury, HR, and external payroll providers to ensure timely funding and service levels.
