Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Global Payroll Director to lead end-to-end payroll across APAC, EMEA, and AMERICAs. This role drives transformation from fragmented regional models to a standardized global solution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive global payroll leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading global payroll transformation (multi-country/region).
• Deep expertise in outsourced payroll delivery models and vendor governance.
• Experience operating in a global shared services or COE environment.
• Strong knowledge of global payroll compliance, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Experience integrating payroll with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday or similar HCM).
• Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of the global payroll transformation strategy.
• Define target operating model with shared services and vendor strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across regions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Drive governance frameworks for multi-vendor models.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT and regional leaders.
